The Potter College Creative Arts Scholarship is a competitive award for students majoring in specific arts disciplines in Potter College of Arts & Letters. Award amounts are between $1,000 and $9,000 per year and are renewable for up to 8 semesters. Only incoming freshman are eligible.

Application Criteria

The scholarship is competitive and requires a separate application. Renewal requires full-time status, a 3.0 GPA, declaring and making progress toward an approved arts major, and other departmental terms. Only incoming freshman are eligible.

Description

The Virginia Hatchett Memorial Scholarship Fund is for full-time female students under 30 years of age majoring in science, engineering, mathematics, or agriculture. The scholarship is renewable for up to 5 years with a minimum 3.0 GPA.

Application Criteria

Must be a full-time female student under 30 years of age at the time of enrollment. Must declare a major in one of the following academic areas: science, engineering, mathematics, or agriculture. Renewable with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 and if recipient continues to meet the established criteria, with the ability to renew not to exceed 5 consecutive years.
