The scholarship winner will be provided round‑trip economy airfare and hotel accommodations to attend the IOScholarships Miami Career Fair. Travel will be coordinated by IOScholarships with at least 30 days’ notice and taken on the dates of the event.

• Standard hotel room (up to 2 nights, single or double occupancy) at a hotel selected by IOScholarships.
• Incidental expenses (meals, ground transportation, baggage fees, visas/passports, upgrades, and personal purchases) are the recipient’s responsibility.
• Travel is non‑transferable and has no cash value. Alternate arrangements for accessibility needs will be reasonably accommodated.
• If the recipient is under 18, a parent/guardian must provide consent for travel and publicity.

Events like this allow students to meet employers, learn from industry leaders, and explore potential career pathways. For many students, these networking opportunities can be just as valuable as the financial award itself.
