Kelley Francis is passionate about advancing educational and professional opportunities for those underrepresented in engineering, technology, and business. She grew up in the southwest suburbs of Chicago and graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where she majored in Spanish and Business Administration with a concentration in International Business. Kelley has spent the last 14 years working full-time in the nonprofit industry championing equitable opportunities in business and education for underrepresented populations. She enjoys traveling, hosting events, all things theatrical, animals, and most especially, spending time with her family. Kelley serves on the board of Calculated Genius and The Nonprofit Cooperative.
